This policy covers corporatehousingbayarea.com, operated by Corporate Housing Bay Area, a division of the Balakrishnan Real Estate Group. It describes what the site collects, the third parties involved, and the choices you have. Effective October 5, 2026.
Who this covers.
Corporate Housing Bay Area provides furnished corporate housing across the San Francisco Bay Area. This policy applies to this website. It does not cover the separate websites operated by other divisions of the Balakrishnan Real Estate Group, each of which has its own practices, nor any third-party site you reach by following a link from here.
What you give us directly.
If you request a housing plan through our consultation form, we collect the information you enter:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The assignment duration you are planning for
- Anything else you choose to include in your message
That form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form processor, which transmits the submission to our email. We use what you send to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a housing proposal. If you contact us by phone or email instead, we keep that correspondence for the same purpose.
What the site collects on its own.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, roughly where you are connecting from, the referring site, and details about your browser and device. We use this in aggregate to see which content is useful and where the site needs work.
Your browser may also send standard technical information, such as your IP address, as part of loading any website.
Third-party ads and cookies.
This site participates in Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

If an inquiry concerns a property or service handled by another division of the Balakrishnan Real Estate Group, we may pass your inquiry to the relevant colleague so they can answer it.
Your rights and controls.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used and disclosed, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

How long we keep it.
We keep inquiry and placement records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy the recordkeeping obligations that apply to a licensed California real estate practice. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s own retention settings.
Children’s privacy.
This site is intended for businesses and adults arranging housing. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Updates to this policy.
We update this page when our practices or the services we use change. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.
